Blueface has had multiple run-ins with the law. In late 2018, when a man attempted to rob him at a gas station, he shot at the suspect’s car and was arrested and charged with a felony count of shooting at an occupied vehicle. He was released on bail shortly after the incident. Early the next year, Blueface was arrested again, this time for felony gun possession.

In October 2022, Blueface was arrested on charges of attempted murder and shooting in Las Vegas, Nevada. He was sent to prison in the Clark County Detention Center for the crime, eventually made a plea, and agreed to serve three years on probation. During those three years, if he gets into trouble, a 2-5 year sentence automatically kicks in.

The shooting occurred at a Las Vegas strip club called Euphoric Gentlemen’s Club. The owner of that club sued Blueface over a loss of revenue after he forced to shut the club down as a direct result of the incident. On October 23, 2023, the club owner was awarded a $13 million judgment.

Technically, Blueface was ordered to pay $13,072,482. The judgment was broken down as $12.6 million for lost revenue, $200,000 in “lease damages,” and $84,000 in expenses to employees. Blueface did not appear in court to challenge the case and did not have an attorney arguing his case. Having not made any payments towards the damages, by January 2024, Blueface’s debt had grown to $14 million with interest and penalties.

In mid-January 2024, Blueface was arrested for violating his probation connected to a 2021 assault that took place in the San Fernando Valley.
